On the occasion of Milano Design Week 2015, Diego Grandi has transformed the spaces in the Lea Ceramiche showroom on Via Durini 3 into a completely tailor-made gourmet gastronomy experience.
The project explores the use and possible applications of the Slimtech ultra-lightweight slab: a material in constant evolution and which, for some years, has been the focus of research and experimentation by the company with the aim of discovering new applications.
The project partner is Piacere Modena, the brand that promotes and sells the excellent typical goods from the area. With a large number of products with designations of origin (ten DOP and nine IGP), many of the goods from the province of Modena are widely available in over 50 countries worldwide. Piacere Modena, together with its selected local products, will partner Lea Ceramiche during Milano Design Week with this collaboration continuing throughout the entire period of Milano Expo 2015, with monthly tasting events.
