Nature and technology find the perfect balance in a residential building of via Antonio Gramsci, in the fascinating city of Matera. A project realised by the Engineer Angelo Montemurro with the goal of bringing to the surrounding urban context a building that sets itself apart for its diverse and alluring nuances able to transmit vibrancy and dynamism both to the external façades and to the internal spaces.
The 4-storey building has been completely cladded with stone effect porcelain stoneware of the Nextone collection, which proposes stone coming from four different quarries that, combined in a totally new way, create a brand new one with a natural and balanced aesthetic.
In detail, slabs with a 6 mm thickness were used, in the 120x260 cm and 120x120 cm formats in three different colourations: from the candid Next White to the welcoming nuance Next Taupe, up to the elegant Next Dark, an anthracite with a hint of brown.
The collection is also part of the PROTECT® line of antibacterial porcelain stoneware floor and wall coverings featuring an effective antibacterial silver ion shield incorporated in the tiles which eliminates up to 99.9% of bacteria from the surface, ensuring safe and protected environments.
