A project that embodies the balance between architecture and design. Lea Ceramiche was chosen for RAGarchitettura Home-Studio, a 150 sqm residence in the heart of Giugliano, in Campania, designed by architect Giuseppe Raimondo.
Completed in 2023, the Atelier is the product of a radical transformation of a 1970s building, where the spaces have been redefined through a harmonious blend of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and study of colour. An example of contemporary architecture in which aesthetics and functionality interact through innovative solutions and high-quality materials.
The residence was the focus of an authentic “colour based project”, which, thanks to precise solutions and the use of gradients, involved every element, creating an immersive and high-impact “box” effect.
The surfaces of the Masterpiece collection, designed by Ferruccio Laviani for Lea Ceramiche, were selected in four shades to define different areas of the Home-Studio, from the bedroom to the kitchen. Their elegant design enhances the spaces, while the textures and outstanding technical performance create a timeless environment, where beauty meets practicality and contemporary design blends with the past.
Choosing Lea means envisioning spaces that are not only functional, but also aesthetically unique. Four different colours and surfaces from the Masterpiece collection were used for the different areas of the project, in the 120x120 cm format, with a thickness of 9 mm.
The luminous sophistication of Piece Light enhances the studio and living area, while the rich, natural green of Piece Alpi makes the kitchen feel elegant and welcoming. For the sleeping quarters, the sophisticated depth of Piece Dark was chosen to create an intimate and relaxing environment. Meanwhile, Master Coal, selected for a 20 sqm surface, stands out with its bold, deep tone, adding a touch of understated luxury to the entire project.
