A contemporary, elegant and bright architectural project in Blairgowrie, a seaside resort on the Mornington Peninsula near Melbourne. A splendid private villa with large outdoor spaces equipped for relaxation and recreation, with a swimming pool and tennis court. From the spacious veranda, where one can enjoy a lunch or dinner break overlooking the solarium and infinity pool, one can access the interior of the villa characterised by its large open windows.
For the interior and exterior of the villa, the Anthology collection was used, an unprecedented and surprising collection of ceramic surfaces born from the skilful and calibrated fusion of marble and stone with intense tactile and visual realism.
The poolside and veranda area were enhanced by the White shade, used in the 60x120 cm size and 9.5 mm thickness; the end result is remarkably striking, especially at a visual level, for an impressive total look. Moreover, surfaces of this type are perfect for guaranteeing the highest quality and performance standards in environments that are exposed to weathering such as swimming pools and outdoor areas.
The same collection in the warm Earth shade was used for the interiors, again in the 60x120 cm size and with a 9.5 mm thickness; in the bathroom - on the wall - the Muretto decoration was used in the White colour and in the 30x60 cm size. A collection, therefore, with a high evocative capacity capable of generating different tactile sensations, giving the spaces a fluid harmony, cancelling out any distinction between the artificial and natural dimensions.
