Cersaie 2023: Imperfect lines and original graphic interpretations

06/10/2023

Lea Ceramiche, which has always stood out thanks to surprising, aesthetically engaging and technically high-performance collections, presented two new proposals this year at Cersaie 2023.

Segni su Pigmenti is the result of a graphic elaboration of the figurative ceramics of the 60s and from the experimentations of conceptual art. Proposed in ultra-thin Slimtech 3Plus slabs, the capsule collection is the result of a consolidated collaboration with Ferruccio Laviani and it expresses in a decorative sense the chromatic language of the Pigmenti project, by the same designer, superimposing imperfect lines and brushstroke droplets that become textures with a material relief and that give life to vivid and dynamic surfaces.

Side Stone, whose starting point and inspiration is the Ceppo di Gré stone, is a ceramic collection with a strong design attitude: divided into 3 complementary technologies, it offers 3 shades for each of the two graphic interpretations, namely, a colour faithful to the spirit of natural stone (Mid), a lighter one (Light) and a darker one (Dark), all of which can be combined precisely by virtue of their perfect chromatic harmony.

Last but not least, great emphasis was placed on the THINk ZERO project with which Lea Ceramiche, together with Panariagroup, promotes the ultra-thin Slimtech slabs. Born to be sustainable thanks to the lower use of raw materials, energy, water and less pollution generated by transport, the large Slimtech slabs are now 100% Carbon Neutral. We have, in fact, worked to reduce the CO2 emissions generated by their production as much as possible and finally offset the residual ones, calculating them over the entire life cycle of the product.
