A construction and civil engineering company, Uni-Invest of Budapest, seeks to convey an image of great solidity, reliability and dynamism. To help represent this mission, the Hungarian company’s headquarters have been designed with a futuristic look combined with the ability to emanate warmth and hospitality, so much so that they practically assume the appearance of a home, rather than a business complex.
The great protagonists of the project developed by architects Zoltan Bagi for the exteriors and Szilvia Karolyi for the interiors are the floor and wall coverings of Lea Ceramiche. The Waterfall series is the protagonist in its outdoor version with a thickness of 20 mm in the Dark Flow colour. Nextone , on the other hand, is used both for exterior flooring, in the colour Next Dark, and for interior flooring, in the colour Next White, always used on the floor. With its compactness and brightness, this stone-look porcelain stoneware offers a natural and balanced aesthetic, while also guaranteeing extraordinary technical performance. Its decisively contemporary textures convey light material effects, making environments warmer and more fluid. Also by Lea Ceramiche, the Concreto concrete-look collection, created by the designer Fabio Novembre, was chosen in the 6 mm Rust version – both in Lappata and Naturale – to cover the kitchen and for the area dedicated to a small lounge.
